Free Game of the Week - ZedRay
Games: Posted: 7/4/09 18:04 Author: Scabrous Birdseed Comments: 3 Comments

My cousin made this flash game. I rather like it.

So I'm biased, but other people like it too (please vote). It's a puzzle game with a rather different game mechanic involving light beams interacting in weird ways. Well worth a few minutes of your time.

Free Game of the Week: The Space Game
Games: Posted: 11/2/09 10:30 Author: Funkodrom Comments: 39 Comments

The Casual Collective have released their latest online game. The Space Game. It's a single player strategy game where you have to build structures in space, mine rocks and defend your base from pirates.

Quite a lot of fun!

Free Game of the Week - Fantastic Contraption
Games: Posted: 29/7/08 23:01 Author: Scabrous Birdseed Comments: 14 Comments

Marvellous and bloody difficult physics-based puzzler, where you're meant to solve a series of more and more demented tasks through using just wheels and rods. Love the open-ended nature of it.

Free Game of the Week -Anti Tower Defence
Games: Posted: 16/7/08 15:32 Author: Funkodrom Comments: 2 Comments

Fed up of being the defenders? Fancy a chance being the creeps? Maybe you should try Anti-TD.

Unleash your creeps and try and defeat the defences.

Free Game of the Week - Sitar Star
Games: Posted: 20/6/08 15:10 Author: Funkodrom Comments: 2 Comments

Forget Guitar Hero and Rock Band, this is what all the cool kids are playing this summer. Sitar Star!

Free Game of the Week - Attack of the Buggles
Games: Posted: 15/5/08 12:41 Author: Funkodrom Comments: 18 Comments

Another great little single player game from the Casual Collective.

Attack of the Buggles. It reminds me quite a lot of Filler which was posted a couple of weeks ago. Move your mouse around avoiding the bad guys, but this time, you pick up boxes with your buggle. Average game time 30 seconds, give it a go.

Free Game of the Week - Launchball
Games: Posted: 16/4/08 10:58 Author: Scabrous Birdseed Comments: 1 Comment

Great engine, enormous possibilities, questionable level design. Luckily there's an editor!

Edutainment usually sucks, but this one sucks, blows, lights, conducts, heats, generates, bounces, pulls, rolls in treacle, etc. etc. etc.

Free Game of the Week - Filler
Games: Posted: 18/3/08 16:14 Author: Scabrous Birdseed Comments: 5 Comments

Tank you Debaser for this novel Qix-a-like. In this game you use your mouse to make circles that you try to fill up the screen with, and avoid bouncing balls. Debaser says "the score to beat" (ie. his top score) is 33773, or ELLEE if you like calculator writing.
